A recognized national grooming competitor, Dan has perfected his craft through courses in canine training and behavior modification, breed specific grooming styles, topically conditioning skin and coat conditions, and interpreting product ingredients necessary for proper choice and application of natural products. Dan's primary concern is the fair, humane and compassionate treatment of every pet under his care. His grooming style, policies and procedures, as well as employee selection and training strive to accomplish the most stress-free grooming experience possible. Dan began his career running his own full service boarding and daycare facility in the heart of Chicago, and early on adopted the motto "My time is valuable, and I must be paid for my time." In 2004, Dan joined the team of DogGone Fun, the largest and most successful boarding and pet styling facility in Chicago, IL. Currently, in addition to managing the salon at DGF, Dan teaches a grooming program at Animal Career Academy.
Lara Latshaw is a NCMG, Pet Tech CPR/First Aid instructor and open level competitor. She has been grooming for over 18 years and opened her own salon in 2013. Prior to that she worked as Chief Grooming Officer for Hydrodog in Tampa, FL where she gained a tremendous amount of customer service and marketing education. Lara's salon, Gordon's Grooming, recently expanded into a new location, going from 192 sq ft to 2,000 sq ft.
With over 15 years of experience, Scott is one of the top winning US Pet Stylists. As 1996 and 2002 US Pet Pro Classic Champion and a GroomTeam USA member, Scott is internationally recognized as a judge, speaker and competitor in England, China, Italy, Spain, Scotland as well as in many other countries. With his extensive competition experience and expertise, Scott is lovingly and respectfully referred to throughout the industry as Mr. Terrier!

Koko is an International Certified Master Groomer and Certifier of IPG. She was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. She holds many awards including, Multiple Best in Show and Best All Around Groomer awards. Koko earned her place on GroomTeam USA in 2007 and 2008, and represented the US in the 2009 World Team Grooming Championship in Germany, where she helped her team win the Gold. Koko was nominated for the Cardinal Crystal Achievement Award for American Groomer of the Year in 2008. Since retiring from the competition ring, Koko has started mentoring advanced groomers. Also, has traveled as a speaker, certifier, and judge in the US and other countries. She is currently living in Tennessee and owns her own mobile grooming business, Koko's Paws.
Olga is a certified master groomer and owns two grooming salons, Elite Pet Spa & Boutique in Madison, NJ and Grooming Gallery in Morris Plains, NJ. She has multiple BIS and Best All-Around Groomer wins as well as two prestigious winners circle champion titles. Olga is 2009 and 2010 American Groomer of the Year by Cardinal Pet, and was awarded the Lynne Carver Memorial Award as best all-around stylist 2009. Olga was born in Russia where she had a master degree in engineering and finished law school. Olga is GroomTeam USA member in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and won silver medal at the World Grooming Competition in Belgium in 2011 as part of the traveling GroomTeam USA. She received the inaugural Barkleigh Honors award for Up-and-Coming Speaker. Olga co-hosts many pet fundraising events.
Currently Irina teaches the art of pet styling at Merryfield School of Pet Grooming in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Irina Pinkusevich NCMG has been in the grooming industry for over 20 years. She was a 2011 Barkleigh Honors Awards nominee. She is a multiple BIS and Best All Around winner, winners circle champion, Best American Groomer 2008 at Intergroom. Member of Travel GroomTeam USA 2008. Irina competed in World Team Championship in Dachau, Germany in September of 2009 and helped bring back gold for the US.
Known to the industry as "The Queen of Color" Dawn brings both color and excitement to everyday grooming with over 30 awards from her competition days she also hold 4 Cardinal Crystal Award nominations, 1 Barkleigh Honors Award, and 3 covers of Groomer to Groomer Magazine. She is an international Industry Speaker, Judge, and Creative consultant.
An ISCC Certified Master Pet Stylist Meritus, Gina has been grooming and styling pets for 30 years. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women and a registered member of NDGA. Gina has ownerd both small and large salons, but found her true passion in Mobile Pet Styling. As a Mobile Salon Consultant, she has mentored new mobile operators to attain their own success. Gina is a recognized industry speaker and enjoys sharing her expertise with others.
Owner of Suds N' Scissors in Amarillo, TX, Patsy is an ISCC Lifetimr member and certifies in Non-Sporting, Sporting, and Terrier Breeds by ISCC. She is an award winning pet stylist and four time US Pet Pro Classic Bow Design Champion. With over thirty two years of experience, Patsy is a renowned lecturer and expert in "Salon Organization". She currently conducts mini-seminars covering topics such as salon organization, scissoring techniques, client relationships, and mobile styling. She is also an avid believer in client education and conducts workshops for her pet owning customers.
Jennifer Bishop-Jenkins, ICMG, is the Owner/Master Groomer at Love Fur Dogs in Glencoe, IL. Named by the Chicago Tribune as the "Best Groomer in Chicagoland", Jennifer has been grooming, breeding, and showing various breeds of dogs and cars for four decades. She has authored several published articles on various grooming issues, writes an award-winning blog at www.lovefurdogs.com, founded the Illinois Professional Pet Groomers Association, and is one of the first generation of "CMGs" beginning back in the 1980's. But Jennifer is first and foremost a Teacher with an engaging speaking style who spent most of her career as a professional educator in high school and college classrooms teaching in History and the Social Sciences. Fortunately, dogs are now her full time retirement activity. Jennifer and her husband Bill as also nationaly prominent victoms' rights advocates, and love the fun they have showing their newest Grand Champion Miniature Poodle "Bowie".
